Why should employers invest more in management training? There are many reasons as to why investment in Leadership and Management training for staff and individuals is so important, and the first of these is simply because there is no widely agreed-on skillset for management as good managers come in all shapes and sizes, and there is an assumption that everyone knows how to do it!
