About this course

This 1-day course is suitable for those who intend to work with a tractor mounted boom sprayer to distribute pesticides. Completion of this qualification enables you to meet the legislative requirements.

Entry requirements

It is a condition of attending this course that you have previously achieved the Foundation Module, covering the health, safety and legal elements within NPTC Pesticide Application (PA1).

 

Study, assessment and qualifications

Assessment will be a combination of observation of practical skills and questions and answers session to determine your level of knowledge and understanding of the module.

Assessment will be on a seperate time at a designated time, the assessment is aimed to be carried out within 7 days of the training; this is dependant on assessor availability.

Additional costs and information

The cost of the course includes course materials and assessment fees. VAT is not applicable.

The purpose of the NPTC assessment is to prove occupational competence; further charges apply if re-assessment is required
