Cooking authentic dishes from China, using different herbs, spices and cookery styles.
What will I learn?

On completion, you should be able to:

    Study, assessment and qualifications
    Assessment is informal, based on your personal targets and the learning outcomes and will be undertaken regularly with you by the course tutor.
    Additional costs and information

    There are no additional course costs. You should bring with you a note book and pen.

    You should wear flat covered sensible shoes and wear appropriate clothing. If you are over 18 you are welcome to bring your own knives with you.
