About this course

This course is aimed at individuals already employed in Engineering, whose work role includes maintenance or installation or both roles.

The qualifiction is delivered at the learners place of work and can give formal recognition in the way of their maintenance or installation skills application.

What will I learn?

Although applicants may already be fairly skilled in the way of engineering maintenance or installation, this qualification will challenge your current understanding and stretch you to acquire new skills and knowledge.

Entry requirements

Full time employment in the engineering sector and working in a role where your main responsibilities include maintenance, installation or both.

Study, assessment and qualifications

The course is delivered at the learners place of work, with the College Assessor who visits every 6-8 weeks, and who sets you actions that will ultimately create a portfolio of diverse evidence, that proves your understanding of theory and application of skills.
