This 1.5 day refresher course is designed for Managers and Supervisors in food related industries who have previously completed the CIEH Level 3 Award Supervising Food Safety. CIEH recommend that a refresher course is undertaken a minimum of three years after completion of this qualification.
Food safety regulations and best practice are constantly changing, and in order to guarantee your food is safe for consumption, you are responsible for keeping your knowledge of current legislation and best practice up to date.
This qualification will give you the skills and knowledge required to understand current food safety procedures and the importance of implementing staff monitoring, safety control systems and HACCP.
