The level 5 Diploma in leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) is specifically designed for those in management roles, responsible for promoting a caring, healthy, stimulating, safe and secure environment for children and young people in their care.

To achieve the City & Guilds Level 5 Diploma in leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), learners must achieve a minimum of 65 credits overall. 57 credits must be achieved from 15 mandatory units. Learners must also complete a minimum of 3 optional units and achieve a minimum of 8 credits.
