About this course

This course is designed to help parents and children (over 7 years) understand the basics of keeping a reptile as a pet.

What will I learn?
Spend an interesting morning at Wiltshire College exploring our animal collection and learning correct handling techniques as well as understanding how to routinely care for your pet.

Additional costs and information

Please note: Children (aged over 7 years) are very welcome and must be accompanied by an adult. In such case, the adult is welcome to attend free of charge (one child per adult).

Please wear sturdy boots and clothing suitable for practical activities. You may also like to bring a notepad and pen for recording information. Please provide your own refreshments.
